How We Work

Step one: The consultation — free of charge

The first step is a consultation, and it costs you nothing. To prepare a proper offer, we'll need a few basic things from you: the dimensions of the room, the ceiling height, and ideally a photo or visualization of the interior. This helps us understand the space and suggest a lighting solution that actually fits — proportionally, aesthetically, and technically.

Step two: The offer

Based on the information you share, we'll prepare a tailored offer for you. We work primarily with the highest quality Bohemian crystal and brass — but we understand that every project has different requirements, and we're experienced in finding solutions across different budgets. We'll be transparent about what's possible and at what price point.

Step three: Production

Once you approve the offer and we finalize the design details, production begins in our factory in Turnov, in the heart of the traditional Bohemian glassmaking region. Every piece is made by hand.

Lead times depend on the complexity of the project. Some pieces can be ready in as little as two weeks. For most custom projects, the standard lead time is six to eight weeks.

Step four: Delivery and assembly

When your lighting is ready, we'll arrange shipping anywhere in the world — securely packaged so it arrives in perfect condition. We'll keep you informed with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

And if you'd like us to handle the installation as well — we offer professional assembly worldwide, quoted separately based on your location and the scope of the project.
