Step one: The consultation — free of charge
The first step is a consultation, and it costs you nothing. To prepare a proper offer, we'll need a few basic things from you: the dimensions of the room, the ceiling height, and ideally a photo or visualization of the interior. This helps us understand the space and suggest a lighting solution that actually fits.

Step two: The offer
Based on the information you share, we'll prepare a tailored offer for you. We work primarily with the highest quality Bohemian crystal and brass, and we know pricing is the first thing you want to know.
Our pieces start at around €200 for smaller chandeliers and scale up to €50,000+ for grand bespoke installations (most projects fall somewhere in the middle). We'll be upfront about pricing from your first reply, so you can decide whether to continue before investing more time.
Step three: Production
Once you approve the offer and we finalize the design details, production begins in our workshop in Turnov, in the heart of the traditional Bohemian glassmaking region. Our company has been family-run since 1991, and every chandelier is built piece by piece by craftspeople who’ve dedicated their lives to the craft.
Lead times depend on the complexity of the project. Some pieces can be ready in as little as two weeks. For most custom projects, the standard lead time is six to eight weeks, and we'll give you a firm completion date once production begins.
Step four: Delivery and assembly
When your chandelier is ready, we pack it securely and arrange shipping anywhere in the world. We've delivered to more than 80 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, and we handle the export paperwork so it clears customs without a problem. You'll get tracking and an estimated delivery date the moment it leaves our workshop.
For larger or more complex installations, our own team can travel to your location and handle the assembly personally, quoted separately based on the project. The people who built your chandelier are often the same people who hang it.
